Andrew Chavez is a Principal in P4G's Portfolio Resource Group where he is responsible for manufacturing optimization and leadership. Mr. Chavez has over 20 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations including full P&L responsibility.
Prior to Joining P4G, Mr. Chavez held Value Stream leadership roles with Cessna Aircraft Company, leading departments throughout the entire manufacturing operations sequence from components manufacturing, fabrication, composites, assembly, aircraft completions to flight. Prior to Cessna, Mr. Chavez's experience includes a variety of industrial manufacturing leadership roles within OEM's and Tier 1 suppliers driving business units from $30 million to $500M in annual sales including turn-around situations. Mr. Chavez earned Lean Six Sigma Certifications at UTC and Textron. He was a founding member and chairman of the board for the Composites Industry Advocate Team (CAT) at WSU Tech’s National Center for Aviation Training. CAT developed the curriculum for Composites Technology that is now the industry standard for technical college and university accreditation. Vertical Divider
