DJ Marshall *

Mr. DJ Marshall is a Senior Advisor for P4G’s manufacturing investments.  Mr. Marshall is an expert in lean manufacturing practices where he has implemented new manufacturing capabilities, expanded capacities and driven performance. 

Mr. Marshall has over 25 years of Aerospace manufacturing experience in a variety of leadership roles, as well as a successful track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.  His sector experience is broadly applicable across the manufacturing marketplace with a network of relationships that extend deeply into the Commercial, Defense and Business Jet supply chain and OEMs.

Prior to working with P4G, Mr. Marshall worked at Primus International in Auburn, WA, and Suzhou, China.  As a part of a Sorenson Capital investment, Mr. Marshall served as the President at Atlas Aerospace and took on full P&L responsibilities at both the Wichita, KS and Chihuahua, Mexico locations.  Mr. Marshall has most recently held key positions at Spirit Aerosystems in Wichita, KS working specifically within the Supply Chain Organization to ensure that strategic suppliers supported key production lines, such as the Boeing 737 & 787, as build rates increased.  He also worked within Spirit Aerosystems on key internal initiatives to drive efficiency improvements.

Mr. Marshall holds a B.S. from Brigham Young University.
