Kurt Gula

Mr. Kurt Gula is a Principal of P4G Capital where he leads all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, negotiating, structuring, and post-closing company management.  

Mr. Gula has significant direct investing and portfolio management experience in middle market transactions. Mr. Gula has executed investments across a variety of industries, including business services, consumer products, and specialty manufacturing.  Prior to joining P4G, Mr. Gula lead the acquisition and management of lower middle market companies at Salt Creek Capital.  Mr. Gula also worked as an investment professional at Century Park Capital and OpenGate Capital, and started his career with experience in leveraged finance at BMO Capital Markets and transaction services at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  

Mr. Gula earned a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Accountancy from Wake Forest University.
