Steve Schultz *

Steve Schultz is a Senior Associate at P4G Capital, where he is responsible for evaluating and executing new investments, as well as supporting value creation initiatives across the firm’s portfolio.

Mr. Schultz brings over a decade of middle-market accounting and finance experience, having worked across a broad range of industries including Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Health Care, Business Services, Technology, Agribusiness, and Aerospace & Defense.

Prior to joining P4G Capital, Mr. Schultz was a Senior Manager in the Deal Advisory Services group at Moss Adams, LLP, where he partnered with private equity firms, strategic buyers, and investment banks to perform buy-side and sell-side diligence, as well as broader M&A advisory work. He began his career in Moss Adams’ Business Assurance group, conducting private company financial statement audits and reviews.

Mr. Schultz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Linfield College.
