Steve Schultz *

Steve Schultz is a member of our Portfolio Resource Group, where he is responsible for driving success in the P4G portfolio, serving as interim management, and assisting management teams in transformation activities.

Mr. Schultz brings over a decade of middle-market accounting and finance experience, having worked across a broad range of industries including Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Health Care, Business Services, Technology, Agribusiness, and Aerospace & Defense.

Prior to joining P4G Capital, Mr. Schultz was a Senior Manager in the Deal Advisory Services group at Moss Adams, LLP, where he partnered with private equity firms, strategic buyers, and investment banks to perform buy-side and sell-side diligence, as well as broader M&A advisory work. He began his career in Moss Adams’ Business Assurance group, conducting private company financial statement audits and reviews.

Mr. Schultz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Linfield College.
